The kitchen has an angled bar with plenty of room for barstools. There is also a large walk in pantry for additional storage. The open concept leading into the dining room also has access to the rear porch.

The homeowners’ retreat encompasses the remaining space on the main level of the Wedgewood plan.The master bedroom features a private porch. There is a spacious walk in closet for the owners. The master bathroom has two separate vanities with sinks. There is a Whirlpool soaking tub and a large walk in shower.
