Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto Bleach Sword

Description

This sword is a replica of Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto’s Ryūjin Jakka Zanpakutō (流刃若火, Flowing Blade-like Flame). It is said to be the oldest and most powerful fire-type Zanpakutō in Soul Society. It has the appearance of a wooden staff which can be used like a spear, in its sealed form. Peeling off the wood removes this disguise and the true form is revealed as a standard katana with a dark purple tsuka, a circular tsuba, and a red saya.

Shikai: Released by the command “Reduce All Creation to Ash” (万象一切灰燼と為せ – banshō issai kaijin to nase), the Zanpakutō releases an extremely strong Reiatsu that can be felt for miles across the entire Seireitei, even if Yamamoto himself is located outside of it.

Bankai:  Zanka no Tachi (残火の太刀 – Longsword of the Remnant Flame). In this state, the blade takes the form of an ancient worn-out katana, severely scorched by fire.
