The Story
Here’s a vintage Clebar chronograph (Heuer Carrera style) manual wind from the late 60s, early 70s. Keeps great time and is fully functional. Measurements include a 36mm case size and 18mm lug width. It’s on a black alligator grain leather strap that suites the watch quite well. Time and chronograph function. The movement is a Landeron 248. Silver dial. Lume in both the hands and lume plots near the hour markers aged well. Chrome plated case that developed some scratches and plating loss over time. As you can see in the photos, the sides of the case and back are a little chewed up as the case is not steel. Both the dial and crystal are free from any scratches or marks. All parts are original including the crowns, dial, movement, and caseback.
